Coming episodes
The coming episodes are about the adab etiquettes of tajweed, the three arkan of Quran that Imam Al-Jazari mentionned, introducing riwayat Hafs as well as the biography of Hafs in brief and the three stages of reciting Quran.
By these we will be ending the first chapter of tajweed that is : 1. Introductory to tajweed.

Tajweed podcast article
Bismillahi walhamdu lillah wasalatu wassalamu 'ala rasulillah
Assalamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh Welcome to my tajweed and Quran podcasts which are explained in English. They are designed specifically for anyone who wants to learn tajweed with makharij and sifaat. It will also assist those who do not have the chance to meet a sheikh or qari in their local area, by assisting them to seek this sacred knowledge of Quran and tajweed. I will add audio/video tutorials on how to read and recite Quran with tajweed. Currently, there appears to be no tajweed lessons in English on the web.
Given that there are approximately 20 million Muslims in the English speaking world, I think it would be a useful resource to bring this sacred knwoledge to those who cannot not find access to sheikhs. I will start by delivering small audio and flash (presentation) lectures, going through the Arabic alphabet, makharij (articulation points), sifaat (qualities of letters), waqf, rasm and the rest of tajweed rules through rich media presentations.
There will be a bit of elaboration on the meaning of tajweed, the history of it, the riwayah of Hafs and finally, a brief summary on the work of Imam Al-Jazari and Imam Al-Shatibi rhm.
Khaled Bouchafaa Has been teaching Quran and Tajweed for the last 20 years in various Islamic colleges, schools and Mosques. Has been authorised by the Qurra to teach this sacred knwoledge of tajweed and Quran. Studied in Algeria Sheikh Sharrati rhm and the eminent Scholars of Qiraat of Damascus, has attended various majlis of qiraat with Egyptian qarris. Sheikh recites Quran with riwayat hafs by shatibiyah way and riwayat warsh by al-Azraq way. Currently teacher of Quran in the largest Islamic School of Australia and volunteer Imam.
All you need is to concentrate and make a sincere intention, inshallah you will improve your recitation skills.
